Profile and Security

Manage personal identity and review workspace, login, and password information

Open the account card at the bottom of the application sidebar to visit /profile.

Personal Information

Profile displays:

  • Full name and initials.
  • Email address.
  • Login method.
  • Account join date.

You can edit your full name. It must contain between 2 and 100 characters. Email changes are not currently available from Profile because email is part of authentication and identity linking.

Company and Workspace

Profile also displays the current:

  • Company/workspace name.
  • Workspace role.
  • Plan.
  • Access status.
  • Workspace creation date.

These fields are read-only from Profile. Workspace ownership and future team permissions remain separate from personal identity.

The company name is collected during password registration or the first onboarding of a new Google account. Existing users do not re-enter it during login because workspace access is derived from authenticated membership, not from a typed company name.

Change Password

Email/password users can enter their current password, a new password, and confirmation. The new password must contain 8–256 characters and differ from the current password.

After a successful change, Veritik keeps the current browser session and revokes sessions on other devices when revocation succeeds. Passwords are hashed with a unique salt and are never stored as plaintext.

Google-only accounts do not see a local password form. Their password is managed by Google.

Security Recommendations

  • Use a unique password.
  • Sign out when using shared devices.
  • Never send credentials or session cookies to support.
  • Review company and workspace information before processing candidate data.
