Access an existing Veritik workspace with password or Google
The Login page supports email/password authentication and Google SSO.
Login with Email and Password
- Enter the email used during registration.
- Enter the case-sensitive password.
- Click Login.
After successful authentication, Veritik redirects you to the Dashboard.
Company name is not requested again during login because the authenticated account is already linked to its workspace. Company name must never be used to select or authorize a workspace.
Continue with Google
Click Continue with Google and complete the Google authorization flow.
If the verified Google email matches an existing Veritik account, Google is securely linked to that account. Existing workspaces, roles, jobs, candidates, and Full Access eligibility remain unchanged.
If no Veritik account uses that email, Veritik creates a new account and Free Trial workspace, then requests the company name once before opening the Dashboard.
Common Problems
Incorrect Email or Password
Check the email spelling, password, and Caps Lock setting. A Google-only account does not have a Veritik password unless password support is added separately.
Google Login Is Unavailable
Google OAuth may still be in testing or the account may not be included as an allowed test user. Contact the Veritik administrator.
Google Account Conflict
The email is already linked to a different Google identity. Sign in with the previously linked Google account or contact support.
Session Expired
Return to Login and authenticate again.
Forgot Password
Password-account users can select Forgot password? from the Login page.
- Enter the registered email address.
- Veritik always shows the same confirmation message, whether or not an account exists.
- Open the reset email and use the link within 30 minutes.
- Enter and confirm a new password of at least 8 characters.
- Return to Login using the new password.
The link can only be used once. Requesting another link invalidates the previous active link. After a successful reset, Veritik revokes all existing sessions for that account.
Google-only accounts should continue using Continue with Google and do not receive a Veritik password-reset email.
Signed-in password users can also change their password from Profile. This verifies the current password, keeps the current browser session, and revokes other sessions after a successful change. Google-only users continue to manage passwords through Google.
Security Recommendations
- Never share passwords or Google authorization codes.
- Confirm that you are using the official Veritik domain.
- Log out on shared devices.
- Never send credentials to support through screenshots or chat.
Continue to Dashboard after signing in.
