Candidate Collaboration

Use recruiter notes and activity history without mixing them with AI output

Veritik keeps recruiter-generated context separate from AI-generated candidate analysis.

Recruiter Notes

Authorized workspace users can add notes to a candidate. Notes are useful for:

  • Interview observations.
  • Follow-up reminders.
  • Availability or process context.
  • Clarifying why a recruiter changed a stage.

Notes display their author and creation time. They do not modify AI scoring or AI Recommendation.

Note Guidelines

  • Keep notes relevant to recruitment.
  • Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal data.
  • Do not record discriminatory or unlawful evaluation criteria.
  • Write factual, professional observations.
  • Follow organizational retention and candidate-data policies.

Activity Timeline

The candidate activity timeline shows Recruitment Status transitions. Each entry can include:

  • From status.
  • To status.
  • Date and time.
  • Recruiter responsible for the change.

Activity data is created by status changes; it is not a manually editable AI summary.

Workspace Access

Notes and activities are scoped through the candidate's job and workspace. A valid session alone is insufficient—the user must also have access to the relevant workspace.

Current Collaboration Scope

Current collaboration supports shared workspace context through notes and attributed activity. Team invitations, mentions, assignments, notifications, and granular permissions remain future enhancements.
