Global Pipeline
Manage Recruitment Status across non-archived jobs in one workspace board
Global Pipeline at /pipeline combines candidates from non-Archived jobs in the current workspace. Columns always represent recruiter-controlled Recruitment Status.
Filter the Board
You can search candidate names or select one job. Without a job filter, the board includes every non-Archived job available in the workspace.
Candidate Cards
Cards show:
- Candidate name and link to Candidate Profile.
- Job of origin.
- Overall score.
- AI Recommendation.
- Days in the current stage.
- A Stagnant indicator after seven days in an active stage.
Time in stage is operational context, not a measure of candidate quality.
Move Candidates
Drag a card into another Recruitment Status column. The interface updates optimistically and restores the previous state if the server rejects the change. Successful changes are recorded by the existing status-history trigger.
Performance Limit
The server loads at most 25 cards per stage while retaining the accurate total count. If a stage has more results, narrow the search or job filter to review a smaller set.
Global Pipeline excludes Archived jobs by default. Archiving does not delete candidates or their history.
