Job Management

Search jobs and manage their lifecycle, details, duplication, and archive state

The Jobs page is the workspace directory for hiring roles. Every query and action is limited to the current workspace.

Job Lifecycle

Job lifecycle is separate from candidate Recruitment Status. A job can be:

  • Draft — being prepared and not yet treated as open.
  • Open — actively receiving and reviewing candidates.
  • Paused — temporarily inactive and can be reopened.
  • Closed — recruitment has ended and can be reopened.
  • Archived — hidden from active Global Pipeline scope but fully recoverable.

Changing job lifecycle never changes candidate scores, AI Recommendation, Recruitment Status, notes, or history.

Find a Job

Use the Jobs page to:

  • Search by job title.
  • Filter by lifecycle status.
  • Sort by creation date or title.
  • Move through server-side result pages.
  • Review candidate count and candidates currently in progress.

Edit a Job

Open the actions menu and choose Edit job. You can update the title and Job Description.

Select Regenerate AI scoring rubric only when the requirements changed enough to require a new rubric. Leaving it unchecked preserves the existing rubric and avoids another AI request. Existing candidate assessments are not automatically rescored when the job or rubric changes.

Duplicate a Job

Duplicate copies the title, description, and AI rubric into a new Draft job. Candidates, notes, status history, and analytics are not copied. Creating the duplicate follows the current workspace job quota.

Pause, Close, Archive, and Restore

Use the actions menu to open, pause, close, archive, or restore a job. Archiving asks for confirmation and preserves all recruitment data. Restoring an archived job returns it as Draft so it can be reviewed before reopening.

Continue to Candidate Ranking to upload and screen resumes.
