Plans and Quotas

Veritik displays plan and usage information on the Dashboard.

Free Trial

New workspaces receive:

• Maximum 2 jobs per workspace.
• Maximum 10 CV uploads per job.

These limits control application operations and are enforced server-side.

Full Access

Workspaces that existed when Free Trial enforcement was introduced retain Full Access for backward compatibility. Their existing users, jobs, candidates, and recruitment workflow remain available without the new trial limits.

Full Access is a workspace property. A user belonging to more than one workspace may have different access conditions in each workspace.

How Enforcement Works

Veritik reserves quota before creating a job or starting resume AI processing. This reduces the risk of exceeding a limit through simultaneous requests and prevents unnecessary AI usage after a limit has already been reached.

When a protected operation fails, Veritik releases the reservation where applicable.

Checking Usage

Open the Dashboard to see:

• Current plan name.
• Job usage.
• Per-job CV usage.
• Whether additional jobs can be created.

Requesting More Access

If the Free Trial limit has been reached, use the contact options shown in Veritik to discuss early access or expanded requirements. Automated payment checkout is not currently available.

Do not attempt to bypass limits through direct database manipulation or unsupported workflows.
