Candidate Directory
Search and review candidates across jobs in the current workspace
The Candidate Directory at /candidates shows candidates across jobs in the current workspace. It never searches candidates belonging to other Veritik workspaces.
Search and Filters
The directory supports server-side:
- Candidate-name search.
- Job filtering.
- Recruitment Status filtering.
- AI Recommendation filtering.
- Newest, oldest, highest-score, and lowest-score sorting.
- Pagination with 20 candidates per page.
AI Recommendation and Recruitment Status remain separate filters and columns.
Candidate Information
Each row includes:
- Candidate name.
- Job of origin.
- Overall score.
- AI Recommendation.
- Recruitment Status.
- Date added.
Choose View candidate to open the Dedicated Candidate Profile.
Workspace Isolation
The server resolves the current user's workspace and applies workspace_id to both candidate and job queries. A job parameter from another workspace is ignored, and a direct candidate profile URL outside the workspace returns not found.
