Dashboard
Review workspace activity, plan usage, jobs, and recruitment metrics
The Dashboard is the starting point for authenticated Veritik workflows. Its data is scoped to the current workspace.
The header shows the active company/workspace name and the signed-in user's name. The company name comes from the authenticated active workspace rather than browser input, helping users confirm which tenant's recruitment data they are reviewing.
Workspace Summary
Dashboard metrics and action cards summarize recruitment activity, including:
- Total candidates.
- Candidates pending review.
- Approved or progressed candidates.
- Recruitment Status distribution and follow-up priorities.
These values summarize the current workspace rather than every Veritik customer.
Plan and Quota
The Dashboard identifies the workspace as either Free Trial or Full Access.
For Free Trial workspaces it shows:
- Jobs used out of the 2-job limit.
- CV usage for each job out of the 10-CV-per-job limit.
When a limit is reached, Veritik blocks the protected action before starting an AI operation. Contact options are available to discuss additional access.
Getting Started Checklist
New Free Trial workspaces see a progressive onboarding checklist on the Dashboard:
- Create your first job — complete when the workspace has a job.
- Upload your first CV — complete when the workspace has a candidate.
- Start your recruitment pipeline — complete after a candidate moves from New to another Recruitment Status.
The checklist uses actual workspace data, so progress continues across devices and sessions. Later steps remain locked until their required data exists. The checklist disappears automatically after all three steps are complete.
Existing Full Access workspaces do not see this Free Trial onboarding checklist.
Jobs and Action Queue
The Dashboard highlights recent jobs and candidates that need recruiter attention. Each job entry provides its title, lifecycle context, candidate count or quota usage, and quick access to the recruitment workspace.
Available actions include:
- Open candidate ranking and job details.
- Open the Recruitment Pipeline.
- Open the workspace-wide Candidates or Global Pipeline pages from the sidebar.
- Create another job when the plan permits it.
