Introduction
Understand Veritik and its AI-assisted recruitment workflow
Veritik is an AI-first recruitment platform for screening, evaluating, comparing, and managing candidates through a structured recruitment process.
What Veritik Does
Veritik helps recruiters:
- Turn a Job Description into an AI evaluation rubric.
- Parse PDF and DOCX resumes.
- Extract candidate profiles and qualifications.
- Score and rank candidates consistently.
- Compare selected candidates side by side.
- Prepare candidate-specific interview questions.
- Move candidates through a Recruitment Pipeline.
- Record recruiter notes and review status history.
- Monitor recruitment funnel and historical analytics.
AI Assists, Recruiters Decide
AI output is decision support. It may be incomplete or incorrect and should always be verified against the original resume and the organization's hiring requirements.
Veritik does not make the final hiring decision.
Score Scale
All displayed candidate scores are percentages from 0 to 100, including overall, skills, experience, and education scores.
91means 91%.85.5means 85.5%.8means 8%, not 8/10.0is a valid score and is displayed as 0%.
Veritik does not guess or automatically convert score scales. Always review the supporting assessment and original resume rather than using a score alone.
Two Different Concepts
AI Recommendation
Generated by AI from the resume, Job Description, and evaluation rubric:
- Recommended
- Consider
- Not Recommended
Recruitment Status
Selected by a recruiter to represent the candidate's operational stage:
- New
- Shortlisted
- Contacted
- HR Interview
- User Interview
- Technical Test
- Offering
- Hired
- Rejected
Changing a Recruitment Status does not change the AI Recommendation.
Workspace-Based Access
Jobs, candidates, notes, and recruitment activity belong to a workspace. Users can only access data through a workspace membership available to their account.
