1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using Veritik, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the AI Disclaimer. If you use Veritik for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms and use the service on its behalf.
2. Early-Access Service
Veritik is an evolving AI recruitment platform. Early-access features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Documentation and roadmap descriptions do not guarantee future functionality or a specific release date.
3. Accounts and Security
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep passwords, Google accounts, and sessions secure.
- Do not share accounts or impersonate another person.
- Notify Veritik promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning workspace access only to authorized users.
4. Candidate Data and Customer Content
You retain responsibility for Job Descriptions, resumes, notes, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the necessary legal basis, permissions, notices, and authority to process candidate information and to instruct Veritik and its service providers to process it for the requested recruitment purpose.
Do not upload information that is unlawful, irrelevant to recruitment, obtained without proper authority, or subject to restrictions that prevent its processing through the service.
5. AI-Assisted Features
AI scores, summaries, recommendations, comparisons, rubrics, and interview questions may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are not professional, legal, or employment advice and must not be the sole basis for a hiring decision.
Recruiters must review source resumes, apply human judgment, and comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination requirements. The full limitations are described in the AI Disclaimer.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use Veritik for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to bypass quotas, authorization, or security controls.
- Access another workspace or candidate record without authorization.
- Upload malware or content designed to disrupt or manipulate the service.
- Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
- Expose or misuse API keys, session tokens, or other credentials.
7. Plans, Quotas, and Commercial Access
New Free Trial workspaces currently include up to 2 jobs and 10 CVs per job. Veritik may change trial availability or limits for future use after providing appropriate notice. Existing workspaces may have Full Access for backward compatibility.
Automated payment checkout is not currently offered. Any paid or expanded access requires separate confirmation of price, scope, and applicable commercial terms.
8. Veritik Rights and Intellectual Property
Veritik and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant Veritik the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and transform that content to provide and secure the service.
9. Third-Party Services
Veritik depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, hosting, and AI services. Their availability and processing are subject to their own terms. Veritik is not responsible for third-party outages or changes beyond its reasonable control.
10. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Veritik available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, secure, modify, suspend, or restrict features when reasonably necessary.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens users or the service. You may stop using Veritik at any time and may contact us regarding account deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veritik is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted availability, or hiring outcomes. Veritik is not liable for decisions made solely from AI output or for unauthorized content submitted by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or reputation arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by laws applicable in Indonesia, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written discussion.
